I founded IMU Consulting and Counseling Services because the people I serve needed something that did not fit inside a single professional category. They needed a clinician who could also read institutions. A consultant who understood what bodies carry. A practitioner who brought scholarship and lived experience into the room as one integrated way of working.

Organizational Consulting
For mental health agencies, nonprofits, faith communities, academic programs, and leadership teams. Trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, structurally grounded. Sliding scale available.
Clinical Supervision
Individual and group clinical supervision for LCSWAs and clinical staff in Virginia and North Carolina. Agency supervision contracts available.
